Yes it happened. I finally gave in and joined Instagram! What took me so long? I guess I was just waiting for the right reason to do it. Now as I am starting my blog, I thought it might be a good idea to start this too.

Autumn is officially here! If you are like me you might love the start of autumn. The days are still relatively warm, the leaves turn into wonderful shades of reds and yellows, and you can finally cook that warming stew! But the days also get shorter and that can put a strain on our mental health. Therefore I am starting a “Keep well this autumn” series. Follow me to get tips and hints on how to get through the first 30 days of autumn. Tip number one: Try something new! As we say goodbye to summer we may feel low about the lovely warm days ending. So combat the feelings that endings can bring by starting something new; a hobby, a recipe, a book. My first ‘something new’ is finally joining Instagram!
